Detailed Description
The fundamental elements of e-KYC are “something the customer has”, “something the customer is” and “something the customer knows”. Tyme has solutions which cater for “something the customer has” and “something the customer is”. “Something the customer knows” for first time onboarding is country specific and needs to be reflective of the data available within that market. The challenge is to develop and present a set of verifiable questions which can be used to identify a customer within the selected markets. The questions must be presented through Tyme’s existing customer presentation processes and using the existing APIs. The data needs to present both correct and false data sets for multiple choice customer interaction, with evidence of data lineage and response outcomes logs.
